'Informal mission statement'...

...a multifaceted and connected team of committed people -- including 4 separate 'teams': women's softball, baseball, 'defining', and the design -- highly 'open' for overall flexibility, increased participation, and individual development -- volunteer and non-profit, and 'open' to and welcoming of 'all kinds of appropriate support'...all 'teams' formed for creating and developing situations and a path that are consistent with and reflect my (Bill Bedard's..."if I could change the baseball/women's softball world") history and life experiences -- including playing and coaching baseball and coaching women's fastpitch softball...and attempting to address and pursue things that I believe in...and to continue to explore and try to better understand all elements and aspects of life and in both games -- and to appropriately share ideas...to help 'bring out the best in things' -- and hopefully be a 'force for good things'...to inspire growth, and to provide and maintain atmospheres of and for evolving, thriving, and sharing -- along with presenting and expressing 'things' through 'the design', and through 'showcasing a style of play' in both games...(and to a certain extent, to help me try to better see if my ideas are actually as good as I think that they are)...to "explore viable alternatives to 'conventional wisdom '"?,...with a 'universal makeup and appeal' -- "everywhere we go will be 'home'" -- and as we build and develop, "people will come", and 'live' at the 'heart of things' -- and at the heart of baseball and women's fastpitch softball...
